Network integration

To allow convenient and simple use of all the functions of the Smart Pro, a connection with the local network is strongly recommended. This is possible by means of Ethernet or WLAN. Ensure that the range of your WLAN extends as far as the location of the wallbox. Use a repeater, for example, to strengthen the signal if the range in insufficient. For a stable network connection, connection by means of a LAN cable is recommended.

The connection to the WLAN can be configured by the user if the wallbox is added to their Spelsberg Wallbox app. Otherwise, to do so, open the app and go to System - Settings. Open "Advanced settings" and select "Network".

The following parameters must be set:

1. "Activate WLAN" parameter

• This parameter must be "activated"

2. "WLAN SSID" parameter

• Enter the WLAN SSID. This is the name of the local network. 

3. "WLAN password" parameter

• Enter the WLAN password here. This can normally be found on a label underneath or on the back of the router, unless it has been changed by the user.

For automatic connection of the wallbox via Ethernet a physical connection must first be established between the wallbox and the network router by means of a LAN cable. Chapter 9.9 of the manual contains information on this. The connection can be configured by the user if the wallbox is added to their Spelsberg Wallbox app. Otherwise, to do so, open the app and go to System - Settings. Open "Advanced settings" and select "Network". 

The following parameters must be set:

1. "Activate WLAN" parameter
